Flight tickets and check-in

Important information about the tickets for your holiday to holiday to Egypt, Greece or Turkey, and check-in procedures.

Tickets

All tickets are issued by email as an “e-ticket”. The ticket contains your flight details and instructions on how to check in, provide Advanced Passenger Information (API), if required, and how to add flight extras and upgrades.

If you are checking in at the airport, you must have a PRINTED copy of your e-ticket in order to travel. If you do not have a printed copy of the e-ticket when you check in both for the flight from the UK AND the return flight to the UK, the airline is entitled to refuse you boarding the flight. We cannot accept responsibility in this situation and while we will endeavour to assist you in making alternate travel arrangements, any costs or loss incurred will be your responsibility.

How and when you receive your e-ticket depends on how and when you book your holiday:

Bookings made directly with Red Sea Holidays

Book directly with Red Sea Holidays and your e-ticket will be emailed to you 21 days prior to departure. For bookings within 21 days of departure, the e-ticket will be emailed within 24 hours of booking.

It is important that you double check your email address when booking, and we recommend that you add the following address to your email address list to ensure that ticket is received in your inbox: customersupport@redseaholidays.co.uk

Bookings made through a travel agent

Book with a travel agent, and your e-tickets will be emailed to the travel agent 21 days prior to departure. For bookings within 21 days of departure, the e-ticket will be emailed to the travel agent within 24 hours of booking. The travel agent will then forward the e-tickets to you.

Check your ticket

Double check that the names on the e-ticket match those on your passports, and that it includes details of both the outbound flight from the UK and the return flight to the UK. If there are any problems with the e-ticket, contact your travel agent as soon as possible or for direct bookings, contact Red Sea Holidays directly. If you received your e-ticket by email, you must print out a copy of the ticket prior to travel.
