Just 3 km from Hurghada airport and 9 km from Hurghada town centre, the Grand Marina is located close to the centre of the resort, with its fashion boutiques, souvenir shops, mini markets, bars and cafes. Guests at the Grand Marina may also use the wide ranging facilities offered by the neighbouring Grand Hotel.

Offering a total of 136 twin and double bedrooms across 5 floors in adjacent buildings, all rooms are fully equipped with bath with shower, WC, air conditioning, satellite TV, radio, safety deposit box and hairdryer. Use of the telephone and mini-bar is payable locally. Standard rooms have balcony, terrace or French windows and partial sea view. Superior rooms offer the same facilities but are larger; sea view rooms are available on request.
