Weather in Hurghada, EgyptHurghada enjoys weather common to whole of the Red Sea region – hot and dry in summer and warm and dry in winter. Guaranteed year round sunshine is the order of the day, practically every day of the year: expect cloudless skies from April to September. Occasional rainstorms occur in the winter, but only very briefly. On average Hurghada receives 14mm of rain per year, less than half of what London receives in July alone! Summer temperatures can be very hot, average highs are 36°C by day in July, and 27°C at night. Over the winter, average highs fall to 20°C in January, and 11°C at night time.
