Flying from Gatwick

Getting to the airport

London Gatwick Airport is located south of London, and is easily accessible by rail, bus and car. We recommend the airport's own website for up to date local travel information. We can offer discounted rates on a range of airport hotels and airport parking, through our partner, Holiday Extras.

Which terminal?

There are two terminals at the airport. Flights with Thomson Airways depart from the North Terminal. All our other flights depart from the South Terminal. We recommend that you check-in at least 3 hours prior to departure to ensure sufficient time to check in, pass through security, and reach your flight gate.

Once you are checked-in and through security, there is a wide range of catering, shopping and duty free available at Gatwick. You can also enjoy lounge access from only £13.50 per person.

Ticket on Departure

If you booked your flight within two weeks of departure, your tickets may need to be collected at the airport.

North Terminal: please join the check-in queue for your flight and look out for the Airport Agencies representative, who will hand you your ticket. You must present a valid ticket in order to check in.

South Terminal: tickets should be collected from the Airport Agencies desk in Zone G of the South Terminal. Please DO NOT join the check-in queue until you have collected your ticket. You must present a valid ticket in order to check in.
